In 1995 Luca, Alessandro and Giorgio, third generation, Nello's grandchildren and Mario and Maria Pia's children, feel the call and passion for nature and begin to devote themselves to the family business.
In 2005 they decided to open a shop of meat and salami with the passion and experience taught by their grandparents, with the desire to transmit the old scents and flavors, working the meat with ancient methods that have been lost over the years due to industrialization.
All our products are processed with the traditional methods of our grandparents, with salt and pepper, sausages on natural casings, without the addition of chemicals, seasoned in the same cave used by our grandparents.
In 2010 the first milling of olive trees grown without treatments against pests, for the production of olive oil.
Then, in 2016, our ancient grains were used to produce the first stone-ground flours. Everything is produced, bred, transformed within the farm. You can visit us and discover the true passion we put to ensure genuine products.
